How to Initiate a Return

  2. Wait for Confirmation: Once your return request is reviewed, we will provide instructions and the return address.
  3. Package the Item: Safely pack the item to avoid damage during transit. Include the original invoice in the package.
  4. Ship the Return: Ship the item using a trusted courier service. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 15 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method.

Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges only for defective or damaged items. If you need an exchange, email us at support@shoplondon.in with details of the issue.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order if the item has not yet been shipped. After that, standard return policies apply.
